denvig wraps the first-party @denvig/cli and @denvig/sdk packages, published in lockstep with denvig itself. Homebrew's npm install injects a --min-release-age cooldown that rejects these freshly published deps with an ETARGET error. npm has no per-package cooldown exemption, so vendor the two first-party tarballs as resources and repoint denvig's deps at them via file: specs; third-party deps still resolve under the cooldown. Also make the update-formula workflow resource-aware so it bumps every npm tarball URL and recomputes each sha256 against its own URL.
brew test produces no visible output, so add a step that runs denvig --version from the formula's opt prefix (keg-only safe) and asserts it matches the version in the formula URL.
