Mirror the alpha formula's setup now that v0.7.0 ships the first-party @denvig/cli and @denvig/sdk packages as separate deps: - Vendor @denvig/cli + @denvig/sdk tarballs and install them via file: specs so they bypass npm's --min-release-age cooldown (which otherwise rejects these freshly published lockstep deps with ETARGET). - Switch completions generation to `shell completions`. - Update the update-formula workflow comment now that both formulae carry resource blocks (no logic change needed — it already handles them).
