I am working on the original wifite program because it is still the version included with Kali and NetHunter. I hope to fix all problems with the program running on those distros.

Correct, im on Kali too, but the wifite inn Kali repos are outdated.. Therefor i requested a version bump in this repo & in Kali bug repo i suggested upgrading wifite with included fixes (cause wash scanning & lots more is broken, in Kali repos) but also suggested a change to wifite2 (which works perfect for me on both Kali & NetHunter) but I think the suggestions better come from the developer & maintainer himself (the great derv82) to get the changes in place. But again, great work there sir
