chore: Bump version for release v10.0.3

Motivation

We want to release a patch version of the library. All commits since v10.0.2 are dependency bumps, e2e/CI test fixes, and internal adaptations to dependency API changes (marked v18 renderer signature, DOMPurify typing, Prettier reformat). There are no new features and no breaking changes — no exported API was added, removed, or re-signatured — so this is a patch.
