*When user provides chrome logging options in the config the system will set the performance logs to the level specified in the config. It will also turn on verbose logging and Browser logs to the same level. * Added Power mock to mock out static members for the unit tests

The goal of this is to allow the user to set more verbose chromedriver logs so they can investigate issues with their services.
