Add Home Settings

I saw that this object was already in the API spec, but I couldn't find anything in the docs. Bots can only GET the home settings, but not PUT them

@Droid00000 Plan is to keep it read-only at the moment but if you and others want to share use cases, we can get a discussion thread going to upvote.

I personally don't have much of a use-case, I was mostly just asking for the sake of completion
