chore: only install chromium in CI

What I did

• Seems like Storybook no longer works in in CI, the playwright install times out (after 6hrs), we only use chromium so scoping to that for now to see if that works.

• I have added a storybook story covering all variants
• I have checked a11y tab in storybook passes

• Any events are emitted on the event bus using emitRplEvent
