Feature/sns notifications

SNS: SES Identity Notifications:

• get identity notifications (SNS topics for SES bounces etc)
• register identity notifications in topics Bounce | Complaint | Delivery
• delete identity notifications
• unit tests
• production tested
• list multiple identities notifications (don't find it useful although API supports it)

Identity

• list email identities
• list domain identities

This commit is cherry-picked and modified to not touch version or gemspec.
Note: I cannot build the gem, generate gemspec or generate rdoc. Jeweler not working for me and I think you'd rather control this yourself.
