Description

Add the SmartHomeShopIO P1MeterKit V2 device page to devices.esphome.io.

This submission is for the V2 hardware revision only, based on ESP32-C3.
The older V1 revision is ESP8266-based and is intentionally not part of this Made for ESPHome submission.

• Links to the public GitHub repo, product page, firmware, and quick start guide
• made-for-esphome: true frontmatter for the Made for ESPHome workflow

Notes

The public V2 configuration in the product repository was adjusted for the Made for ESPHome adoption flow before opening this PR.

Made for ESPHome Checklist

• Project is powered by an ESP32 or supported variant such as C3, C6, S2, S3 etc.
• Project is using ESPHome firmware
• Project name cannot contain ESPHome except in the case of ending with for ESPHome
