feat(query): add query response timeout - #188

Replace the async-query-specific completion timeout with a client-side query response timeout that spans statement submission and async result polling until ResultCursor construction. Document the timeout boundary, preserve query ids for poll-phase timeouts, and update async integration coverage for success and timeout paths.
