feat(result-table)!: add cell plan context - #190

Change FromCell::build_plan to accept CellPlanContext and update CellPlan construction to carry row planning context through column resolution. BREAKING CHANGE: FromCell::build_plan now takes CellPlanContext, and CellPlan::by_name/by_position now take RowPlanContext instead of Schema.
