Update AXGT token list entry for new Ethereum L1 contract

Description

Updates the AXGT Superchain Token List entry to match the current Ethereum mainnet AxonDAO governance token deployment.

• L1 contract: 0x6112C3509A8a787df576028450FebB3786A2274d
• On-chain metadata: name / symbol / decimals → AXGT / AXGT / 18 (aligned with data.json for CI)
• Removes the previous L1 address and Base listing so we do not advertise stale or unverified L2 addresses; a follow-up PR can add Base (or other chains) once canonical bridged contracts exist
• Logo: logo.svg from MetaMask contract-metadata (256×256 SVG)
• Copy: Short description aligned with axondao.io; website and twitter unchanged for discoverability

Why this replaces the existing data/AXGT row: AxonDAO’s public posts document the token/migration context:

This PR only updates off-chain list metadata for bridge and wallet UIs; it does not move tokens or deploy contracts.

Tests

From repo root:

npx tsx ./bin/cli.ts validate --datadir ./data --tokens AXGT

(optimism.tokenlist.json was not edited; it is generated on merge.)

Additional context

• L1-only: No Base / Optimism (or other chain) keys until there are real deployments to list.
• nobridge: Not set; maintainers can request nobridge: true if Optimism Bridge app treatment should be excluded for this listing.
