If the file will not open

If you downloaded a zip file

  • Select Extract All
  • Open the new folder
  • Run the app from there

If the app closes right away

  • Check that all files from the release are still together
  • Make sure the download finished
  • Try running the app again from the extracted folder

If images do not save where you expect

  • Look for an output folder inside the app folder
  • Check the save path in the app settings
  • Make sure you have write access to the folder
