Going to cautiously approve this upgrade, although I'll see if this has any weird side-effect in my RSS reader Inoreader.
RSS <guid> now have the isPermalink: false attribute. IMHO, it's probably not a problem (because an URL) is also a valid string, but it may trigger RSS readers to "re-emit" the items if they consider this attribute as part of item deduplication logic.
