Update pypdfium2 dependency version constraint

I could successfully install nougat from the current main branch. However, I had trouble running the nougat CLI. Message:

ERROR:root:'PdfDocument' object has no attribute 'render'

The problem is solved by restricting pypdfium2 to a version less than 5.
