Fix: tensor shape bug and deprecated np.bool usage in reconstruction

Changes:

• Replaced deprecated np.bool with np.bool_ in lib/sdf.py
• Fixed too many indices and shape mismatch error in apps/recon.py
• Ensured mesh color chunking logic avoids invalid slicing

These changes allow recon.py to successfully generate .obj files in modern environments.

This PR resolves np.bool deprecation and tensor shape mismatch in mesh reconstruction.
Fixes compatibility with NumPy ≥ 1.24 and improves OBJ export stability. Let me know if I should split it into separate commits.
