My account was blocked after depositing funds, can I find out the reason for the blocking?

Same issue. I have an approved card on file, everything accurate. I went to add funds, instant lock and demand for me to reach out to customer service. Uh, no. Screw you. This was my first attempt to use fal.ai, but this is so bad that I have no intent to continue. Apparently they hate customers as this is something that should NEVER happen and yet the issues board is loaded with similar experiences. I'll go to a competitor instead.
