The noise in all examples is always in 2 colors. The single dark brown cell in the last input example should be either red (2) or green (3) for consistency.

In all examples in this task the noise is always in 2 colors. However, in the last input example there is a single dark brown cell among many green and red ones. I belive this dark-brown cell (9) should be either red (2) or green (3) for consistency.
