In mod-data-export-worker remove the aws-sdk-java dependency that currently downgrades the aws version to 2.40.2 and adds multiple unused dependencies.

Purpose
Use latest folio-s3-client and remove unused aws dependencies. Fix security vulnerabilities.
Approach
Bump folio-s3-client from 3.0.0 to 3.0.2: https://github.com/folio-org/folio-s3-client/releases
This includes https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/FOLS3CL-51 that has been shipped with folio-s3-client 3.0.1 and fixes multiple security vulnerabilities and bumps aws to 2.42.34.
