For several reasons. "Nuance" doesn't make sense, other than the fact that is has "nu" in it (which is why I chose it in the first place). I think "quiver" conveys the idea of collecting packages (arrows) well. It is also fun to use as it feels tangible...you're adding something to your quiver when you run
qv add freepicheep/nu-salesforce. And, along that line,qvis much more simple to type thannuance.
