Summary

  • land the 0.0.17 release prep on main
  • sync extension version metadata with the root package version and add regression coverage
  • refresh active release docs, workflows, onboarding, and release evidence for GitHub/npm/Chrome distribution

- sync extension:sync across manifest and extension package metadata
- add regression coverage for stale extension package versions
- bump canonical package versions to 0.0.17
