Add support to set config variables for phantomjs.
Update phantomjs config parameter sslProtocol to "any" instead of "tlsv1" to automaticaly switch between differend SSL Protocol Versions.

Add default configuration file for phantomjs to fix SSL (default SSLv3 only) and character code problems.
