We definitely shouldn't store a copy of the spec in the repository, because things will get out of sync quickly.
I like being able to view this in the browser, but I wonder if an approach like #153 is better. WDYT?

Adding a YAML to HTML translation.
The result is also added to the repo, so that one can simple download it (using raw.githubusercontent.com)
