I want to add support for the
originparameter of postgres replication streams to improve performance in the face of big shard moves between databases. Before doing that though, this PR shores up test coverage by adding an actual integration suite that runs the wal-listener against a real postgres, which we can extend to a real postgres replication chain in the next PR.
