There is an error in the Comment PR:
Error: Unhandled error: HttpError: Validation Failed: {"resource":"IssueComment","code":"unprocessable","field":"data","message":"Body is too long (maximum is 65536 characters)"}

Is that why you said that "For bacterial_genome_annotation.ga_0 the log is too long" in #530, @lldelisle ?
How can I resolve this issue?

Hi,
In fact, the tests are not passing and usually, the report for the test failure is commented here but it is too long to be in a comment. So you need to get the workflow test manually on the github action.
Click on 'Details' on the right of the "Galaxy Workflow Tests for push and PR / Combine...".
Click on the top left on 'Summary'.
On the bottom of the page, click on All tool test results this will allow you to download a zip with inside a html with the workflow test result.
Then, you should be able to see what went wrong among your tests.
