Dependencies

  • Multiple dependency updates. (TGR-2169)

Features

  • TGR-1403: CANOPY — programmable DNS interception for test environments

    New optional module tiger-canopy-extension adds a canopy server type for
    tiger.yaml: a programmable DNS server that reroutes selected hostnames to a sibling
    tigerProxy and forwards everything else to the system resolver. Replaces brittle, static
    Docker network aliases with runtime-configurable interception.

    Highlights:

    • canopy and docker server types with sensible auto-wiring — tigerProxyUrl,
      controlMode, dependsUpon and DNS handoff are derived from the env, explicit YAML wins.
    • Per-host tigerProxyUrl override on canopy.proxiedHosts[] — one canopy can fan DNS
      (and routes) out to several reverse proxies (HTTP / POP3 / SMTP …).
    • tigerProxy placeholders ${<id>.adminUrl} and ${<id>.proxyUrl} for cross-server
      reuse.
    • Cucumber glue auto-discovered — runners that use TigerCucumberRunner need no config
      change. Suites that hard-code cucumber.glue add
      de.gematik.test.tiger.canopy.extension.glue to their list.

    Users of tiger-starter-parent get the extension automatically. Direct consumers add:

    <dependency>
      <groupId>de.gematik.test</groupId>
      <artifactId>tiger-canopy-extension</artifactId>
      <version>${tiger.version}</version>
    </dependency>

    Full configuration surface, examples and opt-outs: doc/user_manual/tigerExtensions.adoc
    (short overview), doc/adr/canopy.md (architecture, multi-proxy fan-out, YAML schema),
    tiger-canopy/README.md (REST API and standalone-image config). FAQ entry FE03.

  • TGR-2114: A new configuration flag tiger.lib.createIntermediateReports enables continuous Serenity HTML report generation after each feature file completes. This lets you monitor test progress while the suite is still running.

    Enable it in your tiger.yaml:

    lib:
      createIntermediateReports: true
  • TGR-2170: Parse HTTP Authorization scheme (Bearer, DPoP, Basic) case-insensitive.

Bugfixes

  • TGR-1572: Release notes for releases on GitHub added.
  • TGR-1874: Run UiTest pipeline when UI module has changed.
  • TGR-2131: Documentation regarding the swagger API of tiger proxy to user manual added.
  • TGR-2163: Repaired broken user manual and fixed version in tigerOnly pom.
  • TGR-2166: Ensure aligned junit versions to avoid conflicts.
  • TGR-2171: Exchange eclipse-temurin:21-jre-alpine with gematik1/osadl-alpine-openjdk21-jre.
