Hi @andieie, sorry that I did not manage to respond to this by now. It's great, I am just wondering if the table created out of bibtex entries is the right format. It could potentially be that there are software packages without a publication. And we might want to group them by method or so at some point. Maybe for now a simple markdown file listing them with title, 1-2 sentences description + citation (based on the bibtex file you already have) if it exists. This would also avoid the jquery dependency. |

I hope I did this right. I added another tab with software that are built with pygimli along with another bib file that stores this. This is under community. I also corrected a small typo in the PR template.
