This change adds lmod and spack to the cluster image for environment module management. They are wired together so packages installed via Spack are immediately available as Lmod modules on all nodes.
There are two new named volumes,
spack_rootandopt_modulefiles, so that installs and custom modules are visible cluster-wide without a restart.LMOD_VERSIONandSPACK_VERSIONare configurable via.env.
