Merged latest main branch into the dependabot PR that bumps 10 GitHub Actions to their latest versions, resolving conflicts from diverged history.

Changes:

  • Merged origin/main (commit a9d6d6a) using --allow-unrelated-histories -X theirs to resolve 27 workflow file conflicts
  • Reapplied dependabot updates (commit c8d5f3f) for action version bumps:
    • actions/checkout: 4.3.0 → 6.0.2
    • actions/setup-node: 4.4.0 → 6.2.0
    • actions/download-artifact: 6.0.0 → 7.0.0
    • actions/cache: 4.3.0 → 5.0.3
    • actions/github-script: 7.0.1 → 8.0.0
    • actions/setup-{python,go,java}, actions/upload-{artifact,pages-artifact}: various version bumps

The PR now contains main branch changes plus all dependabot updates.
