I was also working on this in the tools-qdrant branch (link), but it looks like you've captured all of the aspects in this PR. I have a section on example usage in that branch if you wish to implement it in this PR.
I left one comment about whether the collection parameter is required or not. Otherwise this LGTM!

Adds documentation for using Qdrant via a third-party tool in ADK.
