Support monaco-editor@0.53+

Hi!

I see that across the repo monaco-editor is pinned to 0.52.2.
I know that they changed how worker are loaded in 0.53.x and onwards, and I wanted to know if you plan to support it.

@dorshinar I'd like to get there eventually, but I haven't investigated what it will entail. I'm currently working on the v6 redesign but this isn't one of the breaking changes I intend to land with this upcoming version.
