Adds an SVG version of our logo icon to
https://supabase.com/favicon/favicon.svg. Specifically needed for our upcoming Cursor plugin, which expects a public URL to an SVG version of our logo. This felt like the best place to put this but happy to move around if there are other opinions.SVG file taken from our brand assets.
