What kind of change does this PR introduce?

• Add tests for API keys and authentication (test-auth-keys.sh)
• Add log checker for additional tests via looking at Docker Compose logs (test-container-logs.sh)
• Add core functionality tests (test-self-hosted.sh)
• Add S3 protocol tests - client-side (test-s3.sh)
• Add S3 backend tests - to check the S3 backend operations, tested with MinIO and RustFS (test-s3-backend.sh)
