Push test results from Testrail to Target Process

• Integration with target process via a combination of uiscripts and php scripts that allows a testrail user to push test results to any entity in target process from test run, test plan , or milestone screens in testrail.
• replaced variables with default values and updated the readme
• The PHP files must be either located in the custom folder in the testrail root on a self hosted server, or made available from another server that supports PHP ( in this case the UI scripts would also need revision to point to the new location )<- untested
