- Resolves Dev: fix Type error related for admin user updates of parent organization name #2555
- Fixes type error in parentOrganizationController update fn (was using Response instead of JSON res type)
- Adds required-field check for id, name, and tenantId
- Tested locally with curl for valid/invalid inputs
