FYI @DracoAter it seems that you don't need this Gem anymore with recent test-kitchen version, the driver is built-in :)

Yep as @DracoAter said use the exec driver.
Be well aware that there is no isolation between the system/ruby/bundle of kitchen and the environment of the provisioner.

It has been painful for me to debug such isolation issues.
I also had to tweak the configuration for kitchen to properly use powershell :(
