docs: update q to kiro, fixed typos on mcp server tools

What

• Updated references of Amazon Q to use Kiro IDE/CLI
• Updated typos noticed in the tools listed under MCP server
• Ran the date metadata update script.

Why

Amazon Q Developer CLI has been rebranded under the Kiro umbrella as Kiro CLI. The existing documentation and steps do not apply to Kiro.
