Das HDaIP Development Team (hdaipteam) ist ein loser, spezialisierter Zusammenschluss von Expertinnen und Experten, der die Plattform technisch entwickelt, provisioniert und wartet. Initiator, Konzeptentwickler und Sponsor des Gesamtkonzepts „Information Archaeology“ bzw. der Unternehmensstrategie „Dark Data Analytics“ ist Ralf Siebert (aka Maxim R. Garrtner).
