Tool to extract traits from segmented images

-See traits_tool_example.py for usage
-Edit the colorScheme in traits_tool_mini.py to use for segmented images with different coolor scheme and traits
-Landmarks detection will be added (some of them can be obtained from the functions in hand)
-Pixel gaps at touch points will be taken care of.
