Add documentation and landing page section showcasing the pre-installed Cloudflare Skills Plugin by Jeremy Dawes (jezweb). The plugin provides 15 skills covering D1, KV, R2, Workers AI, Queues, Durable Objects, Vectorize, Hyperdrive, and more. Changes: - Add Cloudflare Intelligence section to landing page with MCP + skills - Create docs/cloudflare-skills-plugin.md with full skill documentation - Add deny rules in settings.json for unrelated skills from the plugin - Add responsive CSS styles for the skills grid layout - Update footer with acknowledgements section
