Update ohf.svg

[elcaptain]

replaced depreciated logo version with correct one. svg will adapt to light/dark mode.

Proposed change

/config/info is using a full blue OHF logo version which has been depreciated. I have replaced it with the correct version. The svg will still adapt to light/dark mode.
