Mark [Q] on 16 more scenarios that have isolated failures scattered across the 95-run CI window. Remove [Q] from sign_in "user cannot sign in with wrong password": it was fixed by 0106d12 together with its "wrong email" sibling. Both failed 69 runs in a row on the same assertion and have been clean since; the report classified this one flaky only because of a stray green run in the middle of the failing streak.
