feat: WebDAV Integration to Hydra Launcher

Hey guys, i have been working in a new feature which integrates a possibility to use a WebDAV server as a method to sync saves achivements etc. I have a feature branch almost ready and working it should be ready in a couple of days.
This new feature adds:

• A new settings tab in Integration called WebDAV
• A sync manifest method to keep server synced with HydraLauncher backups list.
• A new way to manages HydraCloud saves and WebDAV saves with new badges.
• Backup entries planel redesigned to control WebDAV backups and Hydra backups separately.

Hope you like it! This will be a great way to keep an open-source method to keep saves and achivments not depending from external services. I can explain in more detail how the technical part works if you want too.
Above i will include screenshots of the UI with the new features.
