Replace `cargo test --workspace` with `cargo nextest run --workspace` in both CI and local justfile. Nextest parallelizes test binary execution, reducing test phase from ~14min to ~4-5min. Also increase mcp_bridge_e2e timeouts (3s/5s → 10s) to handle binary startup variance under parallel load.
