…(c764bb7d) Mirror the upstream skill updates from OfficeCli main since the last sync (54d7b0e6 → c764bb7d) into crates/aionui-app/assets/builtin-skills/. Applied as upstream deltas, preserving the AionUi-local Windows platform-note blocks (#489). 9 SKILL.md files refreshed: morph-ppt, officecli-{academic-paper, data-dashboard, docx, financial-model, pitch-deck, pptx, word-form, xlsx}. No file adds/removes and no non-SKILL.md changes upstream this round. Each file now equals upstream c764bb7d plus only the Windows note. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
