Just SDK updates

Release Summary

One conventional commit that will generate a patch release here if rebase merged + released

Test Plan

Passed e2e tests locally, if it passes CI it should be good to go

@mikehardy hi, can we bump iOS to 11.14.0? (released 2 days ago)

because of this:

Synchronize internal AuthKeychainServices class to prevent crashes from concurrent access (#14835).

got some crashes on production!

IMO it's better to upgrade to 11.14.0 instead.

Had a chance to circle back to this and then saw firebase-ios-sdk 11.14.0 was relesaed (this PR has 11.13.0) so tried to sneak that in but it crashed the test app on startup. Crash trace wasn't immediately obvious so I'm going to get this in now and defer firebase-ios-sdk 11.14.0 to near future
