…rsistence Replaces the binary relative/absolute toggle with a 3-state cycle (default → local → utc) stored in localStorage under the `timeFormat` key. Preferences are tracked per DateType so table dates, epoch dates, checkpoint dates, and transaction dates each cycle independently.
