Some extra visual stuff

[Windows10V1]

• Organized textures folder in mario_big and luigi_big;
• Made Luigi's Propeller Suit/Hat albedo match his default shirt color;
• Added missing/Adjusted masks (Cap masks: Isolated the cap and emblem for Fire/Ice Flower);
• Added head_nocap eye textures (Difference is no shadow on top);
• Removed Hammer Suit Helmet/Shell color masks (To keep their color consistent with the shirt/shoes);
• Fixed Hammer's texture wrapping mode (Clamp -> Repeat);
• Pretend this one is an important change.
