Agoda, one of the world's largest travel platforms. Agoda had no product for multi-city itineraries. I built and owned that segment end to end: frontend, NestJS BFF orchestration, API contracts, and a phased rollout. An A/B test showed a 15% adoption lift across 68M+ annual flight tickets. In the same booking flow, I traced performance bottlenecks nobody had connected to conversion loss, cut JavaScript payloads 32%, and lifted mobile booking conversion 8%.

- Put Claude Code into CI/CD to catch Core Web Vitals, design-system, and accessibility regressions on 100% of PRs, cutting review cycle time by 30%

- Build real-time UI at scale. Chose SSE over WebSockets to stream live telemetry to 2M+ trucks and 1M+ fleet owners at WheelsEye

- Keep systems reliable. 99.9% uptime for 8.1M banking users at Lloyds, and CP Axtra's first incident and on-call process for 15 engineers
