The topic docs are now gitignored (copied at build time from docs/topics/ into cli/internal/docs/topics/). CI and Vercel need to run make sync-docs before any Go compilation so go:embed can find the files. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
…ercel rsync isn't available on Windows CI runners. Use rm + cp instead. Inline the sync commands in vercel-build.sh to avoid make dependency. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
